Mama Bali

I fell in love with Bali on my first trip here, and I immediately felt like my heart was at home. The unique, welcoming, and healing energy of this magical island is unlike anything I've ever experienced before.

Ubud is the cultural heartland and energy center of Bali, and it's the perfect place to immerse yourself in the rhythms of this beautiful island. You'll find yourself surrounded by lush rice fields, towering waterfalls, and ancient temples.

You'll also have the opportunity to learn about the devotional culture of the local people, which is filled with color, tradition, music, and gratitude.

I want you to experience all that Bali has to offer, both physically and spiritually.

Our workshops will teach you about the ancient wisdom of yoga and meditation, and we'll also take you on excursions to some of the island's most sacred and beautiful places.

I know that you'll fall in love with Bali just as I did. It's a place where you can truly connect with yourself, with nature and with the divine.

Our eco-resort

We will stay right outside the cultural and yogi center of the island - UBUD. . Ubud means 'Medicine" and has long been known as a mystical place, rich in healing powers. It is my favourite place in Bali.

Nestled just 5 minutes from Ubud, in the heart of Bali's jungle, lies a truly magical retreat venue.

Fall asleep to the melodic lullaby of the nearby river, wander through sun-kissed rice paddies, invigorate yourself with an exhilarating ice plunge, and bask in the warmth of the on-site sauna. Every aspect of this space is purposefully designed to provide the ultimate RETREAT experience.

We will stay in a green oasis, nestled between jungles and rice fields surrounded by peace and tranquility; the perfect environment to reconnect and rejuvenate.

My Story So Far.....

Yoga has deeply transformed my life, allowing me to reconnect with my true self, find the courage to follow my dreams, and trust in the endless support of the universal energies.

Back when I lived in Paris and worked as a lawyer, I had started my PhD in European law studies. Everything seemed perfect and "on the right track," but my heart was not on that track at all. My choices were all driven by my rational, thinking mind and a lot of "shoulds."

On my first trip to Bali, I discovered meditation and mantras, and soon after, I began practicing yoga. I was deeply devoted to my practice, making 30 minutes each morning before going to the office my sacred space. This practice allowed me to peel away the layers of who I "should" be and to connect with my true heart's desires. It gave me the courage to make a change in my life and to believe in my own power.

Yoga allowed me to meet my true self again, and for the first time in many years, I felt at peace, calm, accepting, and trusting. It taught me to respect my body, to love it unconditionally, and to be grateful for the power of breath.

Yoga is a powerful tool for transformation, and I am so grateful that I found it. It has helped me to become the person I was meant to be, and I know that it can do the same for others.

Over the years I have been on the most amazing journey. I moved from Paris to Bali, where I lived for two years. I traveled to India many times, where I studied yoga in a traditional yogic school. I developed a deep passion for the holistic approach to health, especially through the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine. I also fell in love with the healing sounds of Tibetan bowls and other exotic instruments. I completely changed my philosophy on food and the way I eat.  I am so excited to see what is next on this amazing journey of self-discovery.

I am now a mother to a beautiful baby girl, who is my biggest guru. I have many homes, as I divide my year between Bali, South Africa, and Poland. You can find me in any of these three locations for some delicious yoga classes and retreats.

I am so grateful for the role that yoga has played in my life, and I now want to create a space for you to make the changes you need and discover your inner peace. This space will be safe, brave, supportive, inviting, and transformative.

I hope you will join me on this journey!

Why you should join...

It is time to re-treat.

Ancient yogis used to retreat to caves and forests to meditate and find truth, liberation, and freedom. They retreated from the world, its distractions, and its responsibilities.

Our modern lives are just so busy. It is easy to get lost in the constant stimulation of our phones, technology, endless to-do lists, expectations, and responsibilities. We often run on autopilot, following the patterns we think we should follow, and we rarely make time for ourselves.

Inspired by the ancient yogis, let's find our own modern way to retreat. We need it more than ever. Let's pack our bags and retreat to a place where we can focus on ourselves, explore new depths of our inner worlds, break through our own limitations, heal the parts of ourselves that need attention and love, and tune into our inner temples and our truth. Let's reconnect with our authentic selves.

We will explore new ways that yoga can support us in our everyday lives. We will also explore the culture of Bali and learn from the way the Balinese people give thanks for every day of their lives. We may even adopt some of their rituals into our own lives.

My vision for your experience is that you will leave this retreat restored, rejuvenated, calmer, inspired, motivated, and connected to yourself. You will have a deeper understanding of your relationship with your yoga practice. It is time to take a breath. It is time to listen to the whisperings of your heart and to quiet your mind.

It is time to retreat.
